Antique silver ewer by Peter, Anne and William Bateman hallmarked London 1802,  Offered in great condition, this later decorated (circa 1840) jug is beautifully hand chased with baskets of flowers and has a contemporary crest.  It holds 1.7 litres and pours well.  The ewer features its original insulators so it can also be used for mulled wine.  It will be a lovely addition to any dining table.

The Batemans were a quality London maker and are hugely collected
