Fabulously hand engraved large silver tray by the quality Sheffield silversmith James Deakin & Son. Made in 1905 it is offered in tip top condition for an engraved tray. The engraving is as sharp as the day it was made and features scrolling acanthus interspersed with hanging bell flowers. The tray is large enough to house a 5 piece tea/coffee set with a tea kettle. The tray has large cast gadroon handles and a cast applied gadroon border all the way around the tray.
