Very pretty and lovely quality hand cut lead crystal claret jug with a silver plated mount by the outstanding Mappin & Webb of London c1890. The lead crystal is by Thomas Webb a leading crystal specialist and is beautifully hand engraved with flowers and ferns. The jug holds well over a standard bottle of wine and pours well, a lovely addition to any dining table.
