Samuel Watton Smith & Co Birmingham 1928

Unusual pair of silver and crystal condiment sets made by Samuel Watton Smith & Co in Birmingham, England 1928.  Each set is identical to the other and holds an open salt, a container with a hinged lid for mustard and a pepper shaker with a pull-off pierced lid.  All the crystal is original and in pristine condition.  the silver is in good condition with some minor scuffing and a couple of tiny little black marks but there is no damage or repair.  Quite unusual to find a pair of condiment sets both having the same date and maker marks.  All the pieces are original and part hallmarked to match, all with the same date letter.

One silver stand weighs 78 grams, the other 77 grams (total weight 155 grams excluding the crystal).

Height 12 cms, height of all bottles 5 cms, height of salts 3 cms

Diameter of sals 4.5 cms
