Absolutely superb Victorian silver mounted cut lead crystal claret jug by the outstanding silversmith Charles Boyton. Made in London in 1881 it is offered in very good condition without chips or initials or erasures. This piece is entirely hand made and has an unusually large silver mount to the body. It holds an enormous 1.2 Litres and pours well and of course doesn’t leak.
