Truly superb and rare pair of cast solid silver fighting cocks in a realistic fighting pose. Made by the outstanding Royal Irish company in Dublin in 1969, they are offered in excellent condition. The detail is incredible with the effect that they look textural and lifelike. Unlike their English silver counterparts the tails are solid and will not bend or break. They stand poised well without toppling over.
